Your Member Account

Did you know that you can 

1. View your member profile summary as well as

  • Update your own member information
  • Change your password

2. View your payment history 

  • Completed payments
  • Outstanding payments
  • by default we link all family members. This will allow parents logging in to view account status of all their children from the eldest childs login. This will avoid parents having to use multiple logins.

3. View any documents uploaded to your profile

by logging in and

  • on PC select Account and go to the appropriate area to view or update the information?
  • on iPhone select Account, Account Menu and go to the appropriate area to view or update the information?

If you update any information, don't forget to save details. 

 

If you can't remember your username or password

At the login screen select Forgot login details which will take you to the recover password page from which you can either enter your username or *email address and request a reset.

*The email address must be the same one used to register
